New Orleans Saints Schedule, News Update | Fan Page

The Saints Game are entering what could be their last run at another Super Bowl with Drew Brees as their quarterback, and they have the roster to pull it off. The question is whether their 2020 schedule is too tough for New Orleans to earn the kind of prime playoff seed needed for a deep playoff push.

As for the divisional staples on the Saints' schedule, their recent struggles are part of the reason New Orleans has been the king of the NFC South for the last three years. But the rival Falcons if healthy could challenge the Saints in 2020. The Panthers are a bit of a wild card with so much overhaul, but in theory, they could be a threat. And of course, the Buccaneers added the only active NFL quarterback whose career accomplishments are more impressive than those of Brees.

Outside of the division, the Saints' 2020 schedule features plenty more worthy tests, though many of them come in the New Orleans-friendly confines of the Superdome. In short, if the Saints earn the top seed in the NFC playoffs — which based on the new postseason format is the only seed that earns a first-round bye — they will have earned it.

New Orleans Saints Game Online

While using an over-the-air TV antenna is still the best way to freely watch most NFL games, if the New Orleans Saints Game is on ESPN, NFL Network or is blacked out for attendance reasons, you can still watch it, albeit with a little bit of work involved.

If you are looking to stream NFL games online using one of their official apps, you have a few options:

  • NFL Gamepass - NFL Gamepass allows you to stream any NFL game after the live game has ended. This will be your cheapest and easiest option, but obviously you won't be able to watch the games live. There is a free trial available.

  • NFL Sunday Ticket - NFL Sunday Ticket will allow you to live stream NFL games from any device, but the catch is that you can only watch out-of-market games. This means if you live in the market you are trying to watch the game for, you'll need to mask your location with a VPN (see below).

Matchups

Everybody has been looking forward to watching Brees square off with Tom Brady twice in 2020 since Brady departed New England for a two-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March. The two teams will meet in Weeks 1 and 9.

The Bucs last beat New Orleans in Week 1 of 2018.

Brady and Brees last played in 2017. The Patriots won 36-20.

Outside of the NFC South, Brees has marquee quarterback matchups with two-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers and Super Bowl LIV MVP Patrick Mahomes.

The Saints also have a rematch with the Vikings, who are responsible for ending their 2017 and '19 seasons.
